Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• In the same condition as when received
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
3. Package the item securely and send it to the provided address
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
